Do you sometimes feel that you perform better if someone doesnt breathe down ur deck 24/7? Thats the point im trying to get at. With a lot of staff members on, it feels like someone is always breathing down ur neck. Feels like someone is always watching. Anyways thats just my opinion. Companies such as Google have started to move away from traditional work places where employers force employees to work and they have been moving towards letting the employees do as they please. They found that the employee efficiency improved. If you compare this to McDrugs, if less staff are watching, maybe people will have new innovative was of doing smtn like instead of taking the redstone path to the drug sellers, they might try to find new ways to get there. If there is not many staff online, other players might help out each other, which helps to build a strong community amongst each other. Currently, whenever someone asks a question, a staff answers them and the conversation is done for example:
Noob Player: Where do I sell drugs?
Staff: Follow redstone path to the trailers and sell to the merchant
Noob Player: Thx.
If other players responded to the players, the conversations may look smtn like this
Noob Player: Where do i sell drugs?
Regular Player: U can follow the redstone path from spawn to the merchant
Regular Player: But ur better off selling at prison cuz it gives a 30% boost (I never see staff members recommending this stratergy. Only recommended by only regular players)
Noob Player: Can you show me how to get there?
Regular Player: Sure, but pvp is enabled there so make sure u have nothing on ur inventory
Noob Player: ok
Regular Player: Ask me if u need anymore help
Noob Player: Thx
After this small conversation, these players get accuainted and this means more players will be active in chat talking with eachother instead of staff answering all the questions. Maybe staff should only respond to someone when they use /ticket because by responding straight out because it hinders player interactions. All in all, the staff cannot replace the friends you gain by having a friendly conversation abotu any help you might have with other regular players.
