Rank upgrade issues.

I was trying to purchase a rank upgrade from mvp to mvp+, which as it is currently with the discount and te rank upgrade should be 37.50 USD if I am correct, however when the account logs into paypal it still shows up as 65, edit told me I should not purchase and make a post here, so please help with the issue. Thanks for listening
