I got vip today, and I never received my two free summer crate keys. I used 1000 vote points in /shop and received the rank, but not the keys. NoodlyAppendage dismissed my ticket because he saw two Sun Swords in my ender chest, but I got those before I even got the rank and got them from another player who was quitting, not out of the summer crate.
