Why do you think you were banned? Xraying

What is your explanation for your actions? Why should you be unbanned? I thought it was allowed to xray since its a farm server. Since when I put the xray pack on it actually showed the ores n stuff. On all the servers I've played it has always never worked so I was thinking it was allowed. Since its so easy to make it not possible.

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I will remember that it is not allowed.

How can you ensure we can trust you again? I'm just trying to play and have fun w my friends by making farms. And it was a mistake that won't happen again.

What else would you like to say to the admins reviewing your appeal? I would like to say that im sorry and didn't really think it was a big deal since its a drug farming server so thats my mistake.

Dear Tealed,

Illegal Modifications, such as Xray, are explicitly against our rules. This is the first rule, Rule 1, in our rules which are provided both on the wiki and in-game. This shows that you did not even take a second to read through the rules, as it clearly states that any modification giving you an advantage is not allowed.

We never accept ban appeals for apologies or ignorance. Appeal denied.

Could I maybe get a reduction at least, since I wasn't even warned. I understand that my ignorance is not an excuse but I genuinely thought it was allowed since you didn't have anti-xray which is such a common thing for servers that don't allow xraying. And like I said I apologize.

You will not be receiving a reduction. It is up to you as a new player to make sure to read the rules for information around mods and other abilities AND the big red floating text above the overworld portal at spawn AND in front of you when you first join Overworld which states about griefing and theft. Not only that but you then joined with an alt account after the admin who originally answered this appeal, made a link to the rules for you.

Your ban time due to this has been extended. In the meantime, please read the rules thoroughly before rejoining.

I accidently joined on my other account which I use for other servers. I instantly disconnected because I realized I was on the wrong account. You can clearly see the playtime its probably not even 5 seconds.

And also with the griefing I don't actually know what I was griefing. Was it the base that was spawned in that I "griefed". Since I literally just walked through it and mined coal in the ceiling.
And considering that it was spawned in by a staff member, yall cant really say that it is "griefing".

And secondly with me connecting on and "alt" account, I did read the rules after I got banned and did see that alt accounting was not allowed so that is why I instantly disconnected.

But since I didn't play is there no way that I can get my banned reduced since I accidently connected on my other account and that I didn't actually grief or steal anything. I was only xraying which I won't happen again.
