Make prison dealer worth it
Prison dealer has the most sales of any dealer (over 20% more than the next most-used dealer), so I don't think there's an issue here. It's probably one of the faster dealers to get to, and it still has a money bonus - the money rate will never go below 1x, while other dealers can go down to 0.9x.- Dakotaa
