VIP+ (bought with points)

Back in about 2017 or so, I joined the server and played until around January 2018. I got enough points to buy VIP+ before i took a break from mcdrugs, so I bought it and just got back to playing it this month. I decided to try to return my rank and it told me to do /ranktransfer in lobby, so i did and then it told me to wait 10 minutes. I waited, went back to spawn, then did /rankreturn and it gave me nothing.

I'm pretty sure that it was for ranks from the previous season.
