Why do you think you were banned? Apparently I was banned for using my girlfriends verified account... and using a bug I may add

What is your explanation for your actions? Why should you be unbanned? 1) Dakota stated I was not using any commands as she was running them? For starters, we in fact were playing double together and I actively was doing runs for my mastery progress. She was afk in my town base.
2) A verified account: MissP has verified this account for use as we both as confirmed our identities. We have played in the past together many times without issue. Why is this an issue now with another admin?
3) Apparent bug I was using: I reject that there was any sort of bug? I have explained my blackjack strategy to Dakota, he never banned me for anything - Longy claims this is a bug just because I tell my girlfriend how to play it the way I do? Just because I tell her which at this point is technically still allowed, how to do it DOES NOT mean I in fact did it, I am not responsible for her account. Again, this is a verified account to play on
4) Kimatical2037 - This account is not an alt. I have explained to MissP a comment about this account and that I was told at some point when we next all play together I have to confirm it. I said no worries. This account has not logged in for months, we all live in the same apartment block with the same public wifi. My partner and I obviously live together. Her account to reiterate is "dancestar1971"

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? If you want I can log off the Bullet acc and only have one acc playing at a time as opposed to us both im not sure? You can also ask us to voice chat and confirm we are playing together. This has been done in the past.

How can you ensure we can trust you again? I have a clean record other than a legit warn for an illegal timer - I don't know what else to say here since I consider this ban to be false.

What else would you like to say to the admins reviewing your appeal? Check with your colleagues please, this was a verified account you banned. I ask for a second opinion.
Please ask for more information. Longy also said that "dakota didnt reply fast enough" according to in game logs, he just took it into his own hands by the looks - biased opinion considering ive had issues with him.

Appeal Denied

Regardless if an account is verified, if it is being used like an alt would be used, playing but not doing anything (in this case, playing bj), will result in that previously verified account being classed as an alt. I was watching the both of you for a while, noticed a pattern of you running a few runner jobs and dancestar standing still, then dancestar running commands and playing bj while you stood still in spawn. I looked through the logs of dancestar and noticed that the account hadn't done anything but play BJ since you had your BJ premissions removed.

considering 2% of the commands that dancestar ran today were `/d2` and most of the rest were `/bj` your story isn't correlating with the logs im staring at, that has been the case for the other times dancestar was on, doing essentially nothing but bj, which in context of the first time dancestar did `/bj` was after you got blocked from bj, warrants the alt ban. not only that, I dont see how you can be afk and playing double at the same time.

Putting the comment i made about dakota not replying back fast enough back into context, epicc had said "at least you waited until he was done his mastery" which my comment was related to.

If you want another opinion on the matter, all the admins have access to the logs and the screenshots I shared with them in the admin chat, although all of the ones that have read the messages agree.

Due to you referring to N______________L as being 'biased' within the situation, I will also be giving my opinion on the situation and your appeal.

First of all, any alt can be unverified if we see reasoning. We have much reason to believe that the account 'dancestar1971' was being used by yourself for the following reasons:

- Our logs show that you were running jobs, stopping, then suddenly danceStar1971 was active, then after the gambling was done, your personal account was back to being active.
- Before your permissions were removed from your main account, danceStar1971 showed no interest in gambling or really doing much on the server and now suddenly they are 2nd on the leader board.

To say you were unaware of this bug abuse would be rather silly due to the fact that you had your permissions removed due to doing what ever you were doing. This shows you that what you did was not allowed, to which you then admitted to showing your partner it.

So either way, you did something that is not allowed. Whether it's using your partners account to gamble after your perms were removed (which I would recommend taking a break from gambling all together as if you are going to lengths to do this, I am concerned) or showing your partner the bug abuse you got punished for and encouraged them to do it .

I am rather confused by your appeal in terms of your explanation for the situation. You and your partner were playing Double (and apparently BJ which the initial punishment came from) whilst she was AFK in towny?

N______________L's punishment was not through biased opinions due to him having an issue with you (he didn't even know you both had an issue with eachother) and he did not take it into his 'own hands' as I can confirm he did ask NUMEROUS members of staff including the owner and we all came to the verdict that we agree.
