I have been playing and enjoying this server a lot, and it has very good farming and building gameplay. However, I feel there are not very many incentives for pvp, which has always been an integral part of the MC community, and has been voiced by many people in the MCD community. I know there will always be pvp in the server, but I feel there should be some more server sanctioned events that encourage and give tangible rewards for pvp. The rewards don't have to extremely strong or game breaking, but give something for people to compete for. This will engage the more competitive part of the server, while allowing people who do not enjoy people to not get left behind. It also gives a large reason for people to use their gear, since a lot of people have boat loads of p4 stacked up, but never really find a reason to use it. Ill post brief descriptions of what koth and envoy are below. These are pretty standard for most faction servers, but MCD does not have to implement these exact things (ik we do things differently here). My underlying proposal is that we add some server sanctioned pvp incentives.
KOTH (King of the hill) - Event where a faction tries to control an area for a time period (3-5) min, then a loot crate appears for the faction in control.
Envoy - Event that typically occurs several times in the day. Crates spawn (drop) within a perimeter of /wild (or anywhere), and contain small loot.
