Resolved Name Changed, Lost MVP+ Rank

As you can see on my profile I own MVP+ Rank, I played back in 2017-2018 and I've changed my name from adamauger to Zelifore since then, when I came back to the server I tried to /lobby and /checkrank but it said I don't have any, my guess is that the name change after not playing for a few maps messed it up
