Resolved Locked out of main account - need transferring of paid rank

Hi team, can I transfer my rank from "WhiteShadow3713" over to "BulletCartridge"
I cannot use the Shadow account due to the mojang issues and I do not have access to the email anymore. I first joined this server in 2019 so any help is appreciated.
