So uhh i dont wanna install the texture pack in my browser due to that i have windows 7 and this laptop im playing on is really bad i dont know how am i still typing it really is bad on what version is it and can i install optifine to it? i really want to play on ths server badly so yeah! thanks for reading i just need the answer from admins or devs from the server or old members! bye! gonna be watching if anyone reply so yeah gonna be waiting for a reply Bye! and is the server for non premium? my friends and i wanna play but i only own minecraft and they have cracked minecraft so ye

Server is Premium, you don't need the texture pack to play, best version to use is 1.13.2, as thats what the sever runs on. Yes you can install optifine.

wait does it like pop up to install the texture pack cause it looks cool well then gonna save on my phone the ip and put it in my minecraft and ye im gonna play the cool server
