Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.
In Game Name: FearTheDoggos
Length of Ban: Mute: Perm.
Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : Mine craft perm mute
Staff who banned you : Killah121/Dakotaa
Staff who dealt with you : Killah121/Dakotaa
Staff who have warned you previously : Goodchum, witch, Killah121, Xeom
Reason for ban on record : Nuisance in chat/should know better.
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I understand that I was muted permanently because I was being an wise-ass in chat incessantly, they most likely just had enough of my arguments, and saw my comment towards killah and misunderstood what I said as a major racial insult. This caused me to be muted.
Why what is your explanation of this reason? I would say that my explanation can only consist of that I did not appreciate the full severity of my actions, my punishment, or the results of my actions. However, I have certainly learned my lesson after the amount of time I have been online, but unable to speak to others.
Why should we unban you? I believe that I have proven I am not toxic, nor that I have any intent on remaining rude in chat. I think I should be given another chance to speak in the public chat. Even though I had been argumentative over rulings, I was never toxic, and I constantly helped out players in chat. One of my warnings even came from my helping new players out. At the time I was the only player online who could speak the same language as a new player, and I accidentally ./r instead of /r and my response to him went into public chat.
Given that I have a poor history, I still believe that I can prove myself. I would like to ask that you give me another chance.
What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I will not speak with the possibility of insulting anyone in chat. This was never my intent, however, with the situation with killah I learned I should be much more careful when it comes to situations such as these.
How can we trust you again? I have learned my lesson from being banned from the ts for a week, and being muted for the last many days.
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? Yes, I would like to state that I am not a rude or mean person. I have warns accumulated on my history solely due to the fact that I have trouble finishing/stopping when I need to stop. I have worked on this a lot, and if needed, there are many people in discord calls, my faction, and even throughout the server who will back up that I have changed a lot and have seriously been trying to become much better in regards to argumentation. Even before my perm mute, I had already improved drastically from when I had been arguing pointless things.
Thanks for reading this, I hope you consider what I said.
