Make prison dealer worth it

Ive played this game for a good amount of time now, and how I've known it was prison always had a 20% boost due to the risk you are taking by entering, that being said with the new update undoing that, plus an additional add-on (not as recent) being supply drop guards spawning at all times in prison makes prison almost pointless to run to because the other dealers dont have those things to hit you. I am proposing that prison dealer AT LEAST has a 1.2x boost, OR the supply drop guards that constantly spawn are only spawned in during a supply drop. Make it worth it for the players, I know its not as common for people to be camping in there ready to take your chems but it still could very well happen and for simply no benefit to the player risking their chems to sell for a bonus. Im not asking for it to be broken but at least 1.2 seems to be fair. Thank you for your time.

Prison dealer has the most sales of any dealer (over 20% more than the next most-used dealer), so I don't think there's an issue here. It's probably one of the faster dealers to get to, and it still has a money bonus - the money rate will never go below 1x, while other dealers can go down to 0.9x.

While we are on this topic I think rates should be looked at just a little to make it so that they either recover quicker or do not get so low that the entire fleet of dealers approaches 1x in all the rate categories. I guess maybe your intention is to punish groups of players selling but I personally do not see the reasoning behind this. Also prison dealer having the most sales of any dealer is interesting... does their rate increase/decrease slower than the others or is there any other benefit than it being closest to spawn?
