Ban appeals are for when we have made a mistake, or there has been a significant change in the circumstances.
These are the only reasons a ban appeal would be accepted. Appeals for "apologies" or just admitting you did wrong will be instantly denied.
In Game Name: jeffthebaker
Length of Ban: 7 days
Nature of ban(ie, mine craft temp banned or TS3 perm ban) : Minecraft temp ban
Staff who banned you : ace42986
Staff who dealt with you : N/A
Staff who have warned you previously : N/A
Reason for ban on record : "x-raying 1st offence"
Why do you think you were banned?(what you think the admins thought) : I imagine the admins think that I x-rayed on one of three occassions (the three wildy raids I've had)
1. Pumpkin farm under an island
2: dbd raid.
3: wildy farm:
Why what is your explanation of this reason? Pumpkin farm: there was some peculiar construction on an island in wildy close to world border. Nothing above ground or in the air to quantify it, so I dug down into a large pumpkin farm in progress. I noticed there were no chests that had building supplies so I dug out in every direction until I found a room filled with pumpkins.
dbd: Noob faction that had 1 claim, base was spread out over many. I dug around their claim into their base.
wildy farm: Farm on surface level, no loot to quantify it. Peculiar passage through the side of hill, dug into the out-of-place dirt on the first corner to find a chest.
Why should we unban you? Below I am going to link screenshots and gifs of my Minecraft files (screenshots to show timestamps and downloaded content, gifs to prove I did not photoshop the screenshots).
I have been playing Minecraft for over 7 years now. During this time I have played on numerous multiplayer servers all under the same name. If you google jeffthebaker minecraft, you will see I've got activity on quite a few servers dating quite a ways back. In my 7 years of playtime, this is the FIRST incident where I've been banned for any sort of hacking. I urge you to reconsider this decision, as, not to beckon disrespect upon the admin who undertook this action, but I feel as if the ban were wrongly placed.
Anyways, here is the evidence that I am playing on a clean account. The mods shown in my folders date back to version 1.8 and 1.10, at which time I was playing on a now-deceased server called civcraft: https://www.reddit.com/r/Civcraft/
The server had a somewhat warped norm for mods than what you may normally see. To prove that these mods were all in compliance, here is the recommended "mod pack" that players used:
Regardless, I am not playing on a 1.8 or 1.10 client (and I do not know if the server is even compatible with such versions) I am actually playing on a vanilla 1.12 client. I took a screenshot earlier of a jungle biome which indicates my 1.12 vanilla client, as seen here: https://i.gyazo.com/c219b8637a872ae459bf9928f29dd964.jpg

Note that the last "changes" to resource packs and mods were both in 2016.

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? Continue to play on a clean client
How can we trust you again? I believe the evidence is sufficient
What else would you like to say to the admins who will review this case? Thanks for doing a typically thankless job
