This is an amazing idea.
Illegal fishing happens all around the world (it is a pretty big problem). The Horn of Africa comes to mind as a place with a large illegal fishing economy and lots of violence.
This idea would also fit this map lore really well, this is the perfect map to implement...
Nukers and cannons of that size are not regularly used on this server, mostly due to how expensive they are. Tnt, unlike other servers, is rather expensive, and unless you have several creeper grinders (each of which cost several mil), they is no way to get large amounts of tnt reliably. Bases...
I personally do not like people having OP gear on kitpvp. I see kitpvp as a place for people to practice pvp, duel, or just a general pass time while the server is restarting. When a bunch of people are pvping with iron and then someone comes along with ench diamond and starts 2 hitting everyone...

This doesn't really make sense, why can't cops store their drugs in a base like the rest of us? It would also be basically impossible to enforce that the drugs they store in their house are actually from frisks, and not random raids they have done.
Mine were working fine a couple weeks ago, but today some people were saying it was buggy. I think walls that gen downwards work, but walls that gen up (sand and gravel) are bugged.
I don't think a vote makes sense for the reasons Parrot laid out, but there is without a doubt many helpers not doing their primary jobs. From the second line in the helper guidelines: "Answering questions is the main task that helpers are required to partake in".
