It falls under logging out to avoid combat, which is listed in the rules, as for the player who recorded it, after he killed the person in prison he began going for you which is when he saw you logged out then back in to get away from the pvp area- ALostPaperBag

Logging off to avoid getting combat tagged is also combat logging, just because the player hasn't tagged you yet doesn't mean you can log off to avoid getting attacked and put into combat. Next time don't disconnect to avoid getting put into combat. Appeal Denied- ALostPaperBag
