Did you receive warnings prior to your ban? No

Why do you think you were banned? I was digging down into an abandoned plot, and then straight up trying to get to the surface. someone thought I was using xray

What is your explanation for your actions? Why should you be unbanned? I wasn't using xray. however, I was trying to get into what seemed like an abandoned base using the map. so with that said, I can understand that I what I did was wrong, but with 0 prior warning I think 7 days is pretty extreme.

What measures will you take to prevent this from happening again? I'll mind my own business and not try to loot abandoned plots anymore

How can you ensure we can trust you again? because I have no prior record of breaking rules and have been very open and honest with staff (roseebunny about choosing which of my 2 accounts to main)

What else would you like to say to the admins reviewing your appeal? At least read what I have to say. I was wrongly accused for xray-ing and didn't even get a chance to explain what was going on. I used the map feature to see the plot and because nothing was on the surface I had a feeling it was underground which is why I was digging straight down. I couldn't see anything, it was all an educated guess

Hi! So I would like to start with, I had initially tried to give you and your friend a warning in chat that griefing was not allowed because I saw you were TPing to each other; and then stealing items from a town.

I started watching you also, because you were tunneling right into claimed bases and then trying to block your paths. I understand you can see claims on the map, but there's no way you would be able to pinpoint exactly where a base is (or chests) unless you were cheating.

Please take this time to reflect before the new season! We look forward to seeing you soon.

Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the warnings you sent in chat? I had my eye on chat for dealer updates/chem multipliers etc., so I'm not sure how I would have missed a direct message since they give an audible notification in addition to showing up in a different color. I absolutely understand I was in the wrong as far as the rules go for stealing from plots (although I think there's a grey area because the ones I took from were clearly all abandoned, so what's really the harm, but that's really neither here nor there.) but as for your claim that you can't find bases underground (when you have a map outlining the claimed plots) without cheats, that's pretty clearly incorrect. if you were following me for as long as it seems like you were given the screenshots, you would see that if I had xray, I would have been able to as you put it "pinpoint" the base above that massive cave and their chests. but as I'm sure you saw when you were following me, I had no idea where it was. it wasn't until I dug to bedrock that I figured there was no way it was that low and decided to go up. why would I waste time going all the way down and running through the cave if I knew exactly where the base was? It doesn't really add up if you genuinely consider the situation. but like I said, I totally accept that going to plots and looting is against the rules and make no dispute that that's what we were doing. and for that I do apologize. but I was absolutely not hacking, and I think that if you actually consider what I'm saying without just assuming I'm full of shit like 99% of the other appeals, you'll see that what I'm saying makes sense.

Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the warnings you sent in chat?

I'm more concerned with the top images than anything, you tunneled directly to where the chests are, and that wouldn't happen unless you were cheating. The cave base did look like you were trying to dig out, but I'm more concerned with the first 2 screenshots. These were 2 different instances.
